Your machine will arrive brand new and sealed, and we then remotely install your software at a time of your choosing after you have set the machine up and imported your Apple profile and programs. We can use the installation as an opportunity to give you a free lesson to help you settle in.

Any configuration of any Mac is available, just ask. All non-standard Mac configurations may take up to 3+ working weeks to arrive, as they are BTO (Build to Order) machines, and are manufactured by Apple on a per-order basis. You get all the applicable licences and keys for the software, including your Office key, and these can be reinstalled/moved to another Mac. If you prefer, you can have the bundle without them, as they are not pre-installed, they exist on the hub and can be moved on and off the internal drive or used from the external drive to save space. However, they make an already useful machine into an indispensable machine, so we recommend you keep them.
