SINGLE SOURCE QUALITY. All our Cornicabra olive trees are Centennial and our Picual olive trees are 80+ Years Old. They are harvested early directly from our olive trees planted by our ancestors on the plains of Don Quijote of La Mancha in Spain. We practice traditional eco-friendly and sustainable farming. Our products are all First Cold Pressed, Unfiltered, 100% Olive Juice produced in our Award-Winning Olive Mill.

POLYPHENOLS. >620 mg/kg (significantly above the EU min. limit of 250 mg/kg to have beneficial antioxidant health properties).

VITAMIN E. Two tablespoons equal 50% of the RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance).

ACIDITY. Very low FFA (free fatty acid) < 0.25%.

TASTE. Fresh & green with hints of banana and apple combined with almond for a delightful peppery finish.
